Weather Station:
The Arkan MET Station matches functionality, reliability and simplicity to an existing technology. With an open architecture design, the MET Station is fully customizable and applicable with multiple SCADA applications and hardware platforms. It significantly lowers the total cost of ownership of both MET/WMS instruments and SCADA systems. The system is preconfigured and ready for ease of startup and commissioning by either Arkans engineering experts or others.
SCADA Support Services
Arkan’s SCADA Support Services allows end users to utilize Arkan’s dedicated team of experienced and knowledgeable engineers through a more proactive approach. Our team will have secure access to the operational system and will be readily available for any support or troubleshooting needs that arise through day-to-day operations. Utilizing this approach will ensure your systems will have the support they need to perform efficiently on a consistent basis.
Remote Support Services include general troubleshooting and support for any devices connected to the local SCADA system and network, originally provided by the Service Provider. These services also cover software-level troubleshooting and support for the SCADA network, alarms, and devices, but is not limited to, the following components:
